Warranty

All our wooden products come with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and termite issues.

All mattresses come with a 3-year warranty.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Termite or rodent-related problems in wooden products

What is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use
• Minor cuts, scratches, stains, or damage caused by accidents or wrong cleaning methods
• Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
• Cracks caused by moving or displacing the product
• Fading or discoloration due to direct sunlight
• Damage from continuous water exposure or moisture
• Upholstery fabrics (like seat covers) are not covered under warranty
• Damage due to improper dry cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
• Unevenness of up to 5 mm (commonly due to floor or surface level differences) is considered standard in the industry and not a defect
