You should ensure that there is no effect of moisture on the furniture.
Please note: Do not pull the Inverter Battery Cabinet to move it, as this may weaken the joints. But still, if you want to move the cabinet then lift it.
Delivery:
Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you to ensure hassle-free delivery of the Inverter Battery Cabinet.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, Woodentrend shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
Installation:
Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
If the delivery Condition is:
Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which Woodtrend will not provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
This product comes with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects and inherent rodent problems like termites.
The Limited Warranty described below does not apply to the following:
Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

Placing an order:
Please check the dimensions of the entrance/door of your premises before purchasing, so that there is no problem in carrying the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a case, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Some items do not require assembly and can be used as is. For this, please check the item description. Wherever we assist with assembly, a carpenter’s visit will be scheduled.
On Returns:
If you choose to return the item, please ensure the product is prepared and packaged in its original condition.
Damage:
The Woodtrend delivery system to your home is designed to ensure zero-damage and a hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You have received a damaged or defective product, immediately inform the delivery personnel of the same at the time of delivery and lodge a complaint with customer service at+91 9828801127 The damage and defect will be assessed within 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. If, in Woodtrend’ opinion, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure deemed appropriate by Woodtrend may be taken to remedy the problem.
Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately reported to the customer support team, so that they can be delivered to you as soon as possible.

The base structure of the furniture product is made using solid wood. On the other hand, the back panel structure of some specific furniture or the back panels of drawers are made of secondary components such as MDF, ply, veneer or partial boards which are better suited.
Standard Products: Team Woodtrend is dedicated to dispatch your products within 5 to 7 weeks of the deadline.
The deadlines vary according to the products, if the product is available in inventory, it can be dispatched before the given deadline.
Custom Made Products: In case of tailor-made products, it may extend the given deadline as the products are manufactured from scratch.
