- Damage from continuous water exposure or moisture
- Upholstery fabrics (like seat covers) are not covered under warranty
- Damage due to improper dry cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
- Unevenness of up to 5 mm (commonly due to floor or surface level differences) is considered standard in the industry and not a defect
Delivery
Our support and delivery team will contact you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.
- Free delivery is applicable only for the first attempt. If delivery is missed, additional charges will apply for the next attempt.
- If there is no service lift available, delivery will only be made to the ground floor. On request, items can be carried to higher floors with extra charges per floor.
- Extra charges will apply for weekend deliveries or specific time-slot deliveries.
- If delivery is not received, your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest hub. After this period, Woodtrend reserves the right to cancel the order or apply storage/extra charges.
Installation
Depending on the product, installation may or may not be required:
- Pre-Assembled: Product comes fully assembled and ready to use.
- Expert Assembly: Product requires professional installation. Woodtrend does not provide carpenters; customers need to arrange expert help.
- Basic Assembly/DIY: Product requires minimal setup, which can be easily done by the customer using simple tools and instructions provided.

Returns
If you wish to return a product, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Damage Policy
We take utmost care to deliver your product safely. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Inform the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery.

- The issue will be assessed within 72 hours, and based on our evaluation, the product may be repaired, replaced, or any other corrective action will be taken as appropriate.

If any parts required for assembly are missing, please report this immediately to customer support so we can send the missing parts at the earliest.

1. Do I need to provide any documents for delivery?
Yes, if required, you may be asked to provide a valid ID proof of the person receiving the delivery.
2. Does the product price include taxes?
Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of taxes, and delivery is free.
3. Is my furniture 100% solid wood?
The main structure of the furniture is made from solid wood. However, in some cases (like back panels or drawer backs), secondary materials such as MDF, plywood, veneer, or particle board may be used. These materials are chosen because they are better suited for specific parts of the product.
4. What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard Products: Usually dispatched within 5–7 weeks. If the product is in stock, it may be dispatched earlier.
Custom-Made Products: Since these are made from scratch, delivery may take longer than the standard timeline.
Exceptions: In rare cases (like transport strikes, riots, floods, or other natural calamities), delivery may take longer than promised. In such situations, we will keep you updated and ensure your order is prioritized.
