Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which Woodtrend will not provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
Important information Safety Information: If you get the packaging damaged by the product, then you can refuse the delivery and the written down on the courier document “REFUSING DELIVERY DUE TO DAMAGE.” Wipe With Dry Clothes.

If, in Woodtrend’ opinion, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure deemed appropriate by Woodtrend may be taken to remedy the problem.
Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately reported to the customer support team, so that they can be delivered to you as soon as possible.
