• Keep furniture away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat.

• Avoid sharp objects, chemicals, and alcohol-based cleaners.
Delivery & Installation

Our delivery team will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Free delivery is applicable only for the first delivery attempt at the provided address. Any re-attempt may attract additional visiting charges.

In buildings without a service lift, delivery will be made up to the ground floor. Delivery to upper floors can be arranged on request at extra cost.

Additional charges may apply for weekend or time-specific deliveries.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be held at the nearest hub for up to 10 days, after which WoodTrend reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the order.

Installation

• Pre-Assembled: No installation required; ready to use.

• Expert Assembly: Professional installation support provided by WoodTrend.

• Basic/DIY Assembly: Minimal assembly by the customer using provided instructions.
Warranty

This product comes with a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal household use.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Minor cuts, scratches, or damage caused by accidents or improper cleaning

• Damage due to incorrect installation or assembly by the customer

• Improper storage, misuse, or use of unsuitable cleaning products

• Natural changes in solid wood such as expansion, contraction, grain variations, joint lines, or seasonal cracks

• Damage caused by water exposure or prolonged moisture

• Upholstery fabrics (warranty applies only to the frame and mechanisms, if any)

• Damage due to harsh chemicals or non-standard dry-cleaning

• Minor unevenness up to 5 mm due to floor or surface level differences
